Access to OrthoPlay Kids begins with an initial payment of $1.90 or $19.00. After a 7-day trial period, a recurring subscription of $37/month or $89/month will be automatically charged to your payment method on file.
By providing your payment details, you expressly authorize us to charge the applicable fees to your payment method.
Subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled. You may cancel at any time via your account dashboard or by emailing hello@bloomkidspro.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Initial purchases ($1.90 or $19.00) are eligible for a full refund within 14 calendar days. All subscription payments are non-refundable, including partial billing periods. See our full Refund Policy.
In the event of a chargeback, we will provide documentation including proof of service, purchase confirmation, and all correspondence. We strongly discourage chargebacks as we will contest them with full documentation. Resolution may take up to 50 business days.
All content, including video lessons, PDFs, and course materials, is owned by West Orion LLC and protected by copyright. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.
BloomKids Pro is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding individual arbitration. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
